STATE: Colorado Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Treasurer, Senate and House
FEDERAL: Senate and House
IMPORTANT DATES OF NOTE:
Ballots Mailed to Military & Overseas Voters: Ballots will be transmitted according to the voter's indicated delivery method (Mail/Email/Fax) on Friday, September 18, 2026. Please email UOCAVA@SummitCountyCO.gov if you are an overseas voter that needs assistance.
Drop Boxes Open: Friday, October 2 - Tuesday, November 3 at 7PM
Ballots Mailed to Active, Registered Voters: Non-military/non-overseas voters will be mailed their ballots the week of October 5, 2026. Ballots may be obtained and cast until 7:00PM on Election Day. Remember: The County Clerk must be in possession of the ballot by 7:00PM on Election day. Mailed ballots not in the possession of the County Clerk by 7:00 PM on Election Day will not be counted. (UOCAVA voters excepted).
Early In-Person Voting: Begins Monday, October 19, 2026 in Breckenridge. Voter Service and Polling Center is located within the South Branch Library located at 103 South Harris Street in Breckenridge. Monday - Friday, October 19 through November 2 from 8:30am-4:30pm AND Saturday October 31, from 8:00am-12:00pm (4 hours)
Early Voting & Voter Services are not available on any Sunday
Summit County Voter Service and Polling Centers will be open from 7:00am to 7:00pm on Election Day. The Following Voter Service Polling Center Locations are open on Election Day:
